Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery
GENERAL
Esthetic Supply Company will accept and carry out all orders solely on the basis of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery. Esthetic Supply Company’s acceptance of Buyer’s order shall not be construed as an acceptance of any provisions on Buyer’s order form, which are inconsistent with or additional to these terms and conditions, unless specifically accepted in writing by the General manager of Esthetic Supply Company; no sales representative, agent or employee of Esthetic Supply Company is authorized to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions.
PLACING ORDERS
All orders can be placed via fax at 803-536-1275 or by phone at 800-826-1193 or 803-531-1788. In order to expedite order processing and help us to minimize errors in shipping, please do the following when placing your order:
* If placing your order by phone, organize your order on an order form, prior to calling.
* Order items by description and size. Please be specific.
(i.e., MILKY CLEANSER - RETAIL or MILKY CLEANSER - PROFESSIONAL).
* After an order has been placed, callbacks with additional items needed, will be considered a new order.
SHIPPING - (STANDARD SHIPPING IS REGULAR GROUND)
* We will make every effort to ship orders the same day, if placed by 11:00 am.
* Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order entry.
* During the months with the highest temperatures (usually July & August we will not ship product such as wax & make-up, regular ground, on Friday. This minimizes the time the product might be held in a warehouse, other than our own, over the weekend. - (AN AIRFREIGHT OPTION IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.)
NOTE:
Our expected date of delivery is approximate and shall not be binding upon seller. Seller shall not be responsible or liable to buyer for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages for delay or failure of delivery, in whole or in part, of buyer’s order, if such delay or failure of delivery shall occur by reason of: riot, war or hostilities between any nations, civil commotions, governmental acts, acts of God, fire, accidents, earthquakes, labor disputes or strikes, delays of carriers, lack of transportation facilities, inability to obtain materials, power or fuel or the curtailment thereof, and other similar or different contingencies beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

$0.01 - $499.99 C.O.D. charge of $9.00 plus published freight charge.
$500.00 - $999.99 C.O.D. charge of $9.00. No freight charges- EXCLUDING AIR FREIGHT
$1,000.00 and above No C.O.D. or freight charges - EXCLUDING AIR FREIGHT
CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS
$0.01 - $999.99 Published freight charges
$1000.00 and above No freight charges (for all orders shipped within the United States) - EXCLUDING AIR FREIGHT
ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO ANY DESTINATION OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES ARE SUBJECT TO ALL RELATED SHIPPING CHARGES WHICH INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PUBLISHED UPS 2ND DAY AIRFREIGHT, CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES AND INSURANCE CHARGES.

Prepayment with Visa/MasterCard or C.O.D. (Money Order or Business Check) - $25.00 FEE FOR RETURNED CHECKS
* ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
Prepayment with Visa/MasterCard only.
RETURN POLICY
* Only damaged or defective product may be returned.
* Items returned must be pre-approved and accompanied by the original invoice number and a return authorization number.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
* All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* A credit will not be applied to customers account until returned items are received and approved by our receiving dept.
* A credit will be applied to customers account only. No cash or checks will be issued.
* Absolutely no returns on overstocks, old or obsolete merchandise and/or promotional products.
Important:
MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT, OR ANY DISCREPANCIES WITH YOUR INVOICE MUST BE REPORTED TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF GOODS.
